VGI Solutions will feature its new portable leakage detector at the SCTE Cable-Tec 2009 exhibition that will be held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado, from October 28 to October 30. This show marks a first for VGI Solutions with the introduction of the CPAT^® DRV2 in the United States.

VGI Solutions is a recognized leader in North America for the delivery of leakage patrol solutions and is currently serving a significant number of MSOs evolving in the North American broadband cable market.

VGI Solutions’ booth is located at position 11041 on the exhibit floor plan. The SCTE Cable-Tec EXPO is one of the world’s most prestigious broadband cable events. In 2008, this exhibition featured over 400 participating companies with an attendance of over 10,000 visitors.

The CPAT^® DRV2 is a full featured handheld leakage detection meter based on VGI’s CPAT^® leakage monitoring system technology. The DRV2 is a fully agile meter and provides AM/FM tone tagging detection capability. The DRV2 can be used in every vehicle as part of a manual signal leakage detection/repair program or could be used in combination with the fully automated CPAT^® leakage monitoring solution to increase the efficiency of a signal leakage control program.

Combining the DRV2 meter with VGI’s CPAT^® leakage monitoring solution provides a cost-effective and efficient solution.
